Sent the wrong scarf

I was wating to get my new scarf, and so excited when it finally arrived, but they sent me the wrong scarf. I emailed them as soon as I received it, but havn't heard back. I'm hoping to get a response soon. It was a long wait for the wrong item.

This was a gift & recipient was delighted with it especially the colours.

Lovely colours
