4.1.2 Where goods have been despatched, by returning said goods in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods shall be borne by you.
4.3 Provided that the items returned within 14 days have not been used and are in a saleable condition, a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit will be given.
4.4 For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless proven faulty when purchased.

All items will be available for collection from our shop at the time and date you have selected unless you are otherwise informed. Collection point is 53 Creswell Street, Glasgow, G12 8AE
The earliest collection date you can select is 48 hours from the time of your order to allow us time to select and package your chosen item. However, if you would like to collect your item before that time, simply give us a call and we can tell you whether your item can be collected earlier. Our number is 0141-334-4240. In many cases, item of jewellery will be available almost straight away.
Customers should bring their payment confirmation into the shop when collecting items and a form of ID. If someone is collecting or their behalf they must bring the printed receipt and their own ID.
Item(s) will be held for 7 days initially. The customer will then be contacted to check when they will collect their order.
Upon receipt of your item (s) you may be asked to sign to confirm the item is in working order.
We estimate the charges for delivery or postage for items of furniture or other bulky items. Sometimes the actual charges of delivering an item exceed the charges listed online. In this case we may contact you to re-negotiate the charge or cancel the order. We will of course avoid this where possible.
Removal of packaging and building furniture is not included in the price quoted online. If you would like this to be done, pleas call us for a quote.
We make every endeavour of delivering your purchased goods on time on the agreed date, but we cannot be held responsible if this is not the case due to reasons beyond our control.
If you are not present to accept the delivery at the agreed time and date you may be charged for re-delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason please contact us. If a refund is given, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us including bearing the cost of the postage/delivery. We can arrange collection of the goods at a price agreed with our courier or delivery company. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund amount if the items are returned damaged.
Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Opened mattresses cannot be returned
