Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

The Nancy Smille Shop is located in the heart of Glasgow's West End, a 5 minutes walk from Hillhead Underground Station. Situated at 53 Cresswell Lane, a continuation of the famous Ashton Lane.



Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

For small orders such as jewellery, we charge £3.95 for postage within the UK, £13.95 for Europe and £19.95 for International delivery. Larger items will vary depending on size and weight. Any items can be purchased by Click and Collect.

UK deliveries are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail, other deliveries are sent through Royal Mail's international delivery system. We aim to send out web or mail orders within 24 hours of receipt. We can send deliveries directly to recipients in case of a birthday gift e.g. just let us know. For furniture, prices are different; you will see them on them on the website as you place your order. Please note that we try to keep stock levels correct on the website but this is a manual process so if you want to make sure we have stock, please call us on 0141 334 4240. We estimate furniture charges and sometimes the actual charges exceed the charges listed online. In this case we may contact you to re-negotiate the charge or cancel the order. We will of course avoid this where possible.


Q: CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Absolutely. Please call 0141 334 4240 and one of our members of staff will be happy to help you with your order or enquiry. 


Q: CAN I PAY WITH A NANCY SMILLIE GIFT VOUCHER?

Vouchers can be redeemed online. If you could give us a call or email us on info@nancysmillieshop.com with the voucher number and amount, we can create a code online for you to use.


Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, and it should take no longer than 3 -5 working days for you to receive it. However, if you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us. info@nancysmillieshop.com


Q: WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?

If you are unhappy with your online purchase and return it to us within 14 days in its original packing and original condition we will refund your purchase amount excluding postage. If your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please call us on 0141-334-4240.


Q: WHICH FURNITURE RANGES DO YOU OFFER?

Our furniture ranges are diverse and unique; we offer a larger range of timbers such as Oak, Pine, Teak, Sheesham and Mango wood, and from modern styles to more traditional pieces. The best way to see our full range is to come and see us in the shop where we also have catalogues of ranges not stocked but which can be ordered in for you.
